Carbone Lorraine Brakes manufacture high performance sintered metal brake pads. The pads are made of a unique sintered material resulting in all compounds having a very high friction coefficient and its uncompressible material gives a stiffer pedal and better brake modulation. CL Brakes are constantly developing products using the latest high tech materials on at a World Level.
Two types of friction materials are used to manufacture brake pads: sintered or organic, Only sintered materials can provide high inital bite, fade free operation at extreme temperatures, instant cold bite, and braking in water, mud or sand. CL Brakes do not require any inconvenient bedding in process, so maximising valuable track time.
